Walk the Nine Golf Tournament

Walk the Nine with Team Lucy and help raise money for type 1 diabetes research.

This year marks the 25th year of Team Lucy walking in the Walk to Cure Diabetes. And we want to celebrate.

Lucy McGroarty was 10 years old when she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (once called juvenile diabetes). She now leads a healthy lifestyle, is married to Adam, and they have two young boys. She manages her diabetes everyday.

But there’s still work to do. Which is where you come in. Or come out, that is, to play a round of golf.

Join us on Sunday, May 31st at the Big Bay Point Golf & Country Club for nine holes of golf. A big part of your entry fee is going toward the Breatkthrough T1D Walk (tax receipts are available).
